Khao Mo — the art of constructing symbolic miniature mountains — has been recorded since the Ayutthaya period. SUMERU reinterprets layered stone formations into a vertical ceramic vessel suitable for flowers or plants.

Khao Mo represents Mount Meru, the sacred cosmic mountain in Buddhist and Hindu cosmology. By transforming this symbolic landscape into a household object, SUMERU introduces Thai spatial philosophy into modern urban interiors, making cultural knowledge accessible through everyday use.
